Head of Bids and Social Value, Jillian Lilico, wins award at Women into Construction celebration event.

A huge congratulations to our Head of Bids and Social Value, Jillian Lilico, on winning the ‘Highly Commended’ award in the Remote Mentor of the Year category at this year’s Women into Construction celebration event.

Jilian said, “Over the past 3 years, we’ve welcomed 13 women with career aspirations in the construction sector but facing barriers to employment into the Glenman family. Being recognised by this award is an unexpected, but welcome surprise. I’d also like to thank Annemarie Clayton, John Doyle, Eddie Conlon, Kieran McCarthy and others who have either mentored women temporarily joining us on work experience or internships. With your help most have them were able to either secure roles with us or use their work experience with Glenman to find new jobs. Thank you to our Directors as well for supporting Glenman’s partnership with Women into Construction.”
