The contract for 14-19 Tottenham Mews was awarded to Glenman Corporation on the 20th of December 2022 by RLP Surveyors for Origin Housing.
The proposed development comprises a residential-led mixed-use development at 14-19 Tottenham Mews. It provides 23 affordable social and intermediate rent apartments, with a ground floor and basement Class E(g) affordable workspace.
The proposed social rent affordable homes are 2- and 3-bedroomed units, while the intermediate rent homes include studios, 1- and 2-bedroomed units. The proposed 6-storey building replaces the existing 2-storey and follows the same existing building line fronting Tottenham Mews.
