The project was part of the large scale redevelopment and regeneration of Ballymun, and entailed the construction of 55 residential units including 10 no. one-bed apartments, 13 two-bed apartments, 15 three-bed apartments, 8 three-bed 2-storey terraced houses, 2 three-bed duplex

Construction of 12 new apartments at roof level on existing apartment blocks. In addition alterations and an extension were completed to existing apartments to form 42 new apartments. A new link building was also created having 7 new apartments.

Construction of 58 residential dwellings in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. This project was delivered in 4 phases: Phase 1 comprised of 18 serviced sites; Phase 2 consisted of 21 local authority housing units; Phase 3 comprised of 8 local authority housing units;

Construction 62 semi-detached affordable houses comprising of 4 different house types with varying external finishes. Site works included a sewage treatment plant, pumping station and site drainage. Site works include landscaping, services, paving and provision of green areas.

Construction of 34 apartments and 2 retail units in Longford Town Centre. The development comprised of 16 one-bedroom apartments, 16 two-bedroom apartments.
