Refurbishment of a 16 storey fully occupied tower block comprising of 105 apartments. The modernisation included new heating system, bathroom, kitchen and UPVC windows and doors, to enhance residents’ comfort. The improvements were compliant with the latest standards set out in the UK Government’s initiative for Decent Homes.
