The project, on an urban infill site with existing housing estate properties on all sides involved the demolition of the previous structure, and the construction of six, four-bedroom, three-storey town houses to the design specification required by the London Housing Design Guide. The design focussed on energy efficiency, flood resistance, and two of the units were bespoke adapted with accessibility for wheelchair users.
