Construction of 29 independent living units in the grounds of an existing Nursing Home. It comprises a mixture of 24 two bed and 5 one bed units in four separate blocks. Contained within the blocks are two social centres with sitting room, common area, kitchen and toilet facilities. The complex also contains an office. Construction was completed 4 weeks ahead of schedule.
