Design and construction of a three-storey building to expand and improve education facilities to accommodate additional students from the nearby Sidcup Adult Education Centre. Facilities include classrooms, lecture and sports hall. Access to the site was very restricted and shared with adjoining offices which remained in occupation throughout the construction period.
