Glenman Corporation To Build 55 New Apartments at Ceaser Court for Spelthorne Council

A Mix of New Private and Affordable Rent Apartments for Spelthorne Borough Council

During the summer Glenman Corporation commenced site set-up for our new Ceaser Court affordable rent apartments project and completed enabling works and demolition shortly after.

This site at Green Street, Sunbury-on-Thames, was formerly Benwell House, a 3 storey office block for Schindler Elevators. It is being demolished top down to 2nd floor, and converted and extended upwards to create 55 new 1 & 2 bed apartments for Spelthorne Borough Council for private and social and affordable rent, with relevant site works and ground floor amenity spaces.
