We sat down with Bhavana Busetty this week to find out what she does at Glenman.

Project Quantity Surveyor

How long have you been working for Glenman?

Just over a year!

Tell us a little bit about your professional and educational background.

I completed a Bachelors in Civil Engineering in India before moving to the UK and working in Quantity Surveyor roles over the past 8 years.

I have also completed courses in AutoCAD and MS Project.

What is a typical day in Glenman like for you?

My typical day involves complete cost/budget management for the project from commencement to completion.

My job involves various challenges day to day and I try my best to help and co-ordinate to achieve the project goal.

Tell us about an interesting project you have worked on since joining Glenman?

I have been working on both the Orchard Close and Wensley Road developments, both are residential. Wensley Road is a particularly interesting project as it is a Passivhaus project which means it is required to meet zero carbon targets which is a very unique project for me.

Tell us about your hobbies!

I have a very long list of hobbies! I love music, painting, sketching. I am also a trained classical dancer and spend a lot of my spare time dancing. I also like playing shuttle, basketball and doing puzzles with my little one.
